The Supervision Phase of contract shall be divided in 3 phases/parts, as indicated below:
- Pre-Construction Phase (Start Up Phase) – Before Construction
- Construction Phase (Construction Phase) – During Construction
- Task 1: Work Site Supervision
- Task 2: Training and Capacity Building
- Post-Construction Phase (Defect Liability Period)
